Will it fit a large dog?
The cup is sized for small and medium breeds (up to ~25 kg / 55 lb). Large dogs' front paws usually fit; for back paws use the removable microfiber cup as a wipe. Still twice as fast.
Won't the motor scare my pet?
The motor is deliberately quiet. Start without water, let your pet sniff the device and reward with a treat. Most animals are fine by the second or third use.
How do I clean the device?
Both cups detach and rinse under the tap in half a minute. The microfiber pad is machine-washable. Materials are BPA-free and don't absorb odours.
What powers it?
Any USB source: a phone charger, laptop or power bank. Keep it in the hallway or take it to the cottage. No wall socket required.
